THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TRAINING CENTRE (CDTC)

The CDTC is one of Nahda College’s outreach and community service projects. It aims at contributing to the development of individuals, groups, institutions and enterprises; thus participating in the build up of national capacities and promoting the prosperity and welfare of the society.

The centre is starting up with two training lines: Medical professional training packages, and management training programmes. Other short sessions e.g. computer courses, English language training, personal development and skills trainings have been proposed and will be provided soon. All training courses are certified and are well accredited nationally and internationally.

The centre is currently building partnerships and collaborations with community-based organizations, NGO’s, and civil societies, as well as with other academic and training institutions. Training packages and their schedules will be announced through this website and the mass media. We are targeting medical professionals and students, govermental institutions, private sector companies, organizations, community leaders, women groups, graduates and youth, and also individuals. We have well equipped training facilities including high standard lecture halls, discussion rooms, practical skills training settings, and media and technology facilities.
